Due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to change appointment times on two occasions. This was done without fuss and the technician arrived promptly at the promised time. He explained clearly and pleasantly the process involved and I left him to complete the job which by the number of dead insects lying around he appears to have done successfully.

We had Tom’s pest control out to do an inspection earlier this week, after seeing some termites in my kitchen one evening. The process was seamless from start to finish. I phoned the company, got some advice, via easy friendly conversations, made the appointment, we got comfirmations of when the job was and reminders when it was close, and then the job was done. They happily worked around our limited timeframes when we could be at home. The technician who came to the house was very knowledgeable, very professional and a really nice friendly guy. We would happily have him back and highly recommend the company.
